With over 25 years of experience in human development and education, Cuauhtli Arau is a strategist in personal, organizational, and social development. He holds a Ph.D. in High Management and is a Psychotherapist and Visual Artist, known for creating innovative methodologies for self-awareness, leadership, and entrepreneurship.

As Vice President and CEO of Óllin Detlani – Light in Movement, he drives initiatives that merge art, film, and education to promote learning and social development amongchildren, youth, and adults in vulnerable communities. His work fosters inclusion and growth through cultural and educational projects.

Rooted in a family of artists and educators, Cuauhtli honors the hopeful vision of his grandfather, Film Director Alfonso Arau, who envisioned this community project as a living classroom where essential education through cinema restores and empowers communities.
