OLLIN DETLANI is a group of three non-profit organizations:

1. The main entity, Ollin Detlani, which will create six local jobs to manage cinema operations: a manager, a secretary-accountant, a projectionist, two cleaning and security staff. There will be a budget for salaries, insurance, film rentals, and maintenance.
2. The Film Distributor, responsible for acquiring children’s films from around the world and art cinema for adults.
3. The Construction Company, dedicated to building cinemas. The goal is to construct one cinema for each of the 59 indigenous communities in Mexico over the next five years

   FINANCES

   Funding for cinema construction is planned to come from the philanthropic foundations of major international corporations, such as Apple, Amazon, Tesla, Berkshire Hathaway, Nvidia, Aramco, Facebook, Tencent, Alibaba Group, TSMC, Broadcom, Alphabet (Google), Meta, AMD, Femsa, Grupo Bimbo, El Puerto de Liverpool, América Móvil, Grupo Chedraui, Cemex, Arca Continental, and Grupo Lala.

   a) Ollin Detlani, through its IRS Section 501(c)(3), will provide these companies with tax-deductible receipts applicable in the U.S. or in donor countries.

   b) A permanent fundraising campaign will be conducted to receive donations from businesses, foundations, or individuals, in any amount, either in cash or in kind, to cover additional operational needs and to support the self-development efforts of the local communities and their villages.
